• When necessary to protect a person's life, body, or property

6. Handling of Photographic Data

Photographic data of buildings and spaces produced by the Studio is handled as follows:

• Copyright in all photographs remains with the photographer (Naoki Terakawa).
• The client may use delivered photographs free of charge within the normal scope of their business (own website, printed materials, social media, etc.).
• Secondary use, transfer to third parties, advertising use, and similar uses require prior consultation with the Studio.
• For private residences and other sensitive subjects, the Studio will consult the client in advance before publishing the photographs in its own portfolio.

7. Disclosure, Correction, and Deletion

If you wish to request disclosure, correction, or deletion of your personal information, please contact us using the details below. After verifying your identity, we will respond within a reasonable period.

8. Cookies

This website may use cookies to improve our services and to analyze access. You may disable cookies through your browser settings. The site also uses Microsoft Clarity for anonymous behavioral analytics; no personally identifiable information is collected for this purpose.

9. Changes to this Policy
