住宅撮影は15万円〜、1日かけて撮影するフルデイプランは25万円〜、ドローン空撮は15万円〜が目安です。建築写真の費用は撮影範囲・カット数・用途により変わりますので、詳しくは料金ページをご覧いただくか、お見積りをご依頼ください。
Residential shoots start from ¥150,000, full-day sessions from ¥250,000, and drone aerial photography from ¥150,000. The final fee depends on scope, the number of frames, and the intended use. Please see our pricing page or request a quote.

Based in Setagaya, Tokyo, we travel throughout the Kanto region — Kanagawa, Chiba, Saitama — and, on request, nationwide. We also work internationally and gladly take on assignments overseas. Beyond houses and multi-family residences, we photograph commercial spaces, retail interiors, offices, clinics, hospitality venues, and public architecture — covering both exteriors and interiors.
撮影後、RAW現像・垂直補正・色調整を行い、通常2〜3週間で納品いたします。お急ぎの場合や納期のご希望がある場合は、事前にご相談ください。
After the shoot, we deliver fully processed images — RAW development, perspective correction, and color grading — typically within two to three weeks. Let us know if you have a tighter deadline.
はい。建築撮影との組み合わせはもちろん、ドローン空撮のみ、建築模型撮影のみといった単独でのご依頼も承ります。案件内容に応じて柔軟に対応いたします。
Yes. Either can be added to a building shoot or booked on its own, whether drone aerial photography or architectural-model photography.
写真の著作権は当事務所に帰属します。撮影料には、ご依頼主（撮影費をご負担いただいた方）および建築主・設計者ご自身による、自社の広報・販促・媒体掲載・作品集といった「一次使用」の範囲が含まれます。これを超える使用——撮影費をご負担いただいた方以外の第三者による使用、大規模な広告・キャンペーン、販売・頒布を目的とした使用、使用媒体・期間・地域の追加など——につきましては、内容に応じて別途使用料（二次使用料）を申し受けます。雑誌・メディア等へのご掲載時は、撮影クレジット（例：Photo: TERAKAWA Photo Office / 寺川直希）の表記をお願いしております。使用範囲と費用は、ご契約時に明確にご提示します。
Copyright in the photographs remains with TERAKAWA Photo Office. The shooting fee includes “primary use” by the commissioning party — the party who pays the fee — together with the building owner or architect, for their own PR, promotion, media features, and portfolio. Any use beyond this scope — by third parties other than the commissioning party, in large-scale advertising or campaigns, for sale or distribution, or across additional media, territories, or time periods — is subject to a separate licensing (secondary-use) fee, depending on the scope of use. For magazine and media features, please credit the photographer (e.g., “Photo: TERAKAWA Photo Office / Naoki Terakawa”). The full scope and fees are set out clearly at the time of contract.

Yes. As the copyright holder, we may use the photographs on our own website and portfolio, in architecture- and photography-related media, and in our own publications — some of which may be offered for sale. For projects that call for privacy or confidentiality, such as private residences or non-public work, we always confirm with you in advance, so please mention any concerns when you get in touch.

Yes. We produce your architectural photographs as bespoke hardcover albums and photo books — valued as portfolio pieces and keepsakes by architecture firms, builders, and developers, and as handover gifts for building owners. We quote according to format, page count, and quantity.
